🔴 Urgent | Tayseer Checkpoint Attack in the West Bank: Ongoing Tensions and Escalation
Israeli media reported that 8 Israeli soldiers were injured, and one soldier was killed in a shooting attack targeting the Tayseer checkpoint in the West Bank.
The reports indicated that Israeli forces are on high alert to face any security developments, noting that the Israeli Air Force is ready to strike multiple targets if necessary. This comes as other areas in the West Bank experience clashes and incursions by Israeli forces.
In this context, Mahmoud al-Habash, the Palestinian president’s advisor, warned of the security escalation in the West Bank, suggesting that the situation could lead to further tensions in the Middle East. He added that the United States has not taken substantial steps to halt the rising military operations in both the West Bank and Gaza.
