🔴 Urgent | Tensions in Southern Syria: Israel Issues Warnings to Residents of Al-Koya in Daraa
Israeli forces distributed leaflets to residents of Al-Koya village and the surrounding areas in Daraa province, warning against any movement of armed individuals within the designated area, according to local media sources.
The leaflets, issued following recent developments in the village, announced strict movement restrictions, including a ban on crossing the Al-Wadi/Al-Shari’a road, while emphasizing the prohibition of any armed presence in the area.
According to the same sources, the village has recently witnessed clashes between residents and Israeli forces during recent incursions, resulting in the deaths of nine civilians and several injuries. Reports also indicate that women participated in the confrontations, with two women sustaining serious injuries during the clashes. They were subsequently transferred to a hospital in the capital, Damascus, for treatment.
