29 Injured After Earthquake Strikes Northeastern Iran

29 people were injured following an earthquake that struck Khorasan Razavi Province in northeastern Iran on Thursday morning, according to the Iranian Mehr News Agency.

The agency reported that the tremors did not exceed five degrees on the Richter scale and occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers.

All injuries occurred as residents attempted to flee their homes. No material damage was reported.

The earthquake affected several cities in the province, including Torbat Heydariyeh, Roshtkhar, Gonabad, and Taybad, and its impact reached the provincial capital, Mashhad.
