After 6 months in space, Al Neyadi returns to Earth

Emirati astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi returned to Earth aboard the Dragon spacecraft of the American company “SpaceX”, carrying the crew of the “Crow-6” mission, after a 6-month journey in space.
Al Neyadi returned to Earth after carrying out more than 200 scientific experiments to study the changes that afflict astronauts in space. Among the most prominent of these experiments is the effect of microgravity on the functions of the heart and respiratory system, participation in the study of pathogens in space, and the production of food crops in space.
The Crew 6 mission is the second Emirati mission to the International Space Station, launched by the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center as part of the UAE Astronaut Programme.
