Al-Shara’ Discusses the Current Plans of the Syrian Ministry of Health

The Acting Minister of Health in Syria, Dr. Maher Al-Shara’, stated that efforts are underway to improve the economic situation of medical personnel, including their work environment. This initiative is part of the interim government’s program aimed at prioritizing the interests and well-being of citizens.

Al-Shara’ also pointed out that the ministry has introduced a new administrative structure to address the challenges in the emergency services sector as a priority. This comes in light of the fact that hundreds of facilities have been partially or completely destroyed, making the organization of relief efforts a critical necessity in these circumstances.
