Beijing threatens to start a war

The Chinese Defense Minister, Wei Fengyi, threatened to ignite a major war if any foreign party approached Taiwan, and threatened Chinese sovereignty over the island.
“If anyone dares to separate Taiwan from China, the Chinese army will certainly not hesitate to start a war at all costs,” Fengyi said in an interview today.
The conversation is considered directed to the United States of America, after Finge met his American counterpart, Lloyd Austin, in Singapore.
