Biden declares a state of emergency due to a “atypical” threat !!

US President Joe Biden declared a state of emergency in the field of national security due to the actions of the Russian government, according to the White House.

In a letter to Congress, Biden said: “I have issued a national emergency decree in response to an atypical and severe threat to national security, foreign policy and the United States economy as a result of some harmful measures committed by the Russian government.”

Noting that Washington imposed earlier in the day sanctions against 32 Russian entities and personalities, against the backdrop of allegations of Russian interference in the last presidential elections, and sanctions against 5 individuals and 3 companies in the Crimea
