Biden declares a state of emergency in New York

US President Joe Biden has included New York and Connecticut on the list of states declaring a state of emergency due to Hurricane Henry, which hits the east coast of the United States of America.
Hurricane Henry is approaching the two states after causing severe damage to North Carolina and West Virginia.
This comes after Biden adopted similar measures against the state of Rhode Island on Saturday.
The hurricane’s wind speed has recently decreased to 110 km per hour, but it still sometimes reaches 121 km per hour.
Local authorities are preparing for floods and power outages as a result of the typhoon.
