Biden helps the Lebanese army with this amount

The White House announced that US President Joe Biden directed Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, to provide $47 million in aid to the Lebanese Army.
“I hereby authorize the Secretary of State to direct up to $25 million in goods and services from the stockpile and resources of any agency of the United States of America to provide immediate assistance to the Lebanese Armed Forces,” Biden said in a memo to Blinken.
“I also hereby authorize the Secretary of State to reduce the cost of up to $22 million on defense materials and services from the Department of Defense, to provide immediate assistance to the Lebanese Armed Forces,” Biden added.
