Bombing the American base in northern Syria

Local sources in the countryside of Al-Hasakah Governorate, eastern Syria, stated that the base affiliated with the American occupation in the Al-Jibsah Oil Fields Directorate in the city of Al-Shadadi (50 km south of Al-Hasakah city) was bombed from a nearby location for the first time since its establishment years ago, and the operation was carried out with three missile shells, not two, as the leadership claimed. American forces.

The sources said that the American base was bombed through a platform of mortar shells and “Katyusha” missiles that were stationed in the vicinity of the village (Um Zar / 3 km northwest of Al-Shaddadi), which is considered an important military development for the parties behind the bombing.

The sources also suggested that the sons of the Arab tribes, who reject the American presence, were behind the attack.

Where the sources indicated that a state of alert and confusion prevailed among the soldiers of the western armies located within the American base (Al-Jibsa oil fields) and the “Qasd” forces loyal to it, due to hearing the sounds of shelling and the sounds of their fall, confirming that three shells fell on the base and its surroundings.

The US army base in the oil city of Al-Shadadi, south of Al-Hasakah Governorate, in eastern Syria, was hit by missile strikes late on Friday/Saturday.

On Saturday morning, the US Central Command announced that the coalition forces had targeted the US base in Al-Shaddadi, Syria, with two missiles.

The US Central Command said, in a statement, that “the attack on the coalition forces at the American base in Al-Shaddadi did not result in injuries or material losses.”

“The attacks endanger the coalition forces and civilians and undermine security and stability in Syria and the region,” the statement added.

According to local sources, the sounds of three explosions were heard near midnight on Friday/Saturday throughout the city of Al-Shaddadi (50 km south of the city of Al-Hasakah), caused by the fall of 3 Katyusha rockets on the illegal American base in the government’s Al-Jibsa Oil Fields Directorate.

The sources added that the so-called international coalition forces, led by the US army, are on high alert in the city of Al-Shadadi and its nearby countryside, with intense flight of US drones and helicopters over the city, and a heavy deployment of SDF patrols.

It is noteworthy that the areas controlled by the US army and the “Qasd” forces loyal to it in eastern Syria are witnessing a state of popular anger and tribal rejection of their presence and their policy, which focuses on stealing oil, gas, wheat, and the wealth of the Syrian people, imposing taxes and fees, compulsory recruitment, and preventing education and education.
