Breaking | Israeli Shelling Targets Meiss al-Jabal in Southern Lebanon

Profile News correspondent in southern Lebanon reported that the western outskirts of Meiss al-Jabal have been under heavy Israeli artillery fire, with more than 11 shells landing in the area so far. The bombardment coincided with additional strikes on Wadi al-Jabal and Barakat al-Tayri, along with the firing of illumination flares over Wadi Hounin.

At the same time, residents across southern Lebanon reported severe slowdowns and outages in communication and internet services. The telecom company Ogero announced that a malfunction in the main fiber optic cables in the Tyre region had caused a service disruption throughout the area.
