Breaking: The Israeli army issues warnings to residents of South Lebanon

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an urgent statement warning residents of South Lebanon, cautioning that a series of airstrikes targeting military sites belonging to Hezbollah in various areas of the south is imminent.

The statement called on residents of the buildings marked in red on the attached maps, as well as the neighboring ones in the towns of Al-Shihabiya and Bourj Qalawiyah, to evacuate immediately and move at least 500 meters away for their safety.

Adraee stressed that “the presence of civilians in those buildings puts their lives at risk.”

This warning comes in parallel with the Israeli army’s announcement that it has begun carrying out a series of airstrikes in South Lebanon.
