Breaking: Yemen Announces Attack on Aircraft Carrier and Destroyer in the Red Sea

The Yemeni Armed Forces have announced that they targeted the U.S. aircraft carrier Harry Truman in the northern Red Sea using two cruise missiles and two drones. They confirmed that this marks the third attack on the Truman in the past 48 hours.

In a statement, the Yemeni forces also claimed responsibility for striking a U.S. destroyer with a cruise missile and four drones. They asserted that they had thwarted an aerial attack being prepared against Yemen and that U.S. warships had retreated northward in the Red Sea.

The statement emphasized that the Yemeni Armed Forces are prepared to confront any U.S. or Israeli escalation in the coming hours and days.
