British intelligence: Russia lost a quarter of its power

British military intelligence considered that Russia has lost more than a quarter of its ground combat power deployed in Ukraine.
This information came more than two months after the start of the Russian special military operation in Ukraine.
British military intelligence said that “the most affected Russian units are the Airborne Forces”.
