China: Landslide in Guangzhou Leaves 7 Missing – Video

A landslide triggered by heavy rainfall struck Guangzhou, southern China, resulting in the disappearance of 7 individuals. The incident occurred in the early morning in Daiwan Village, located in Baiyun District, where 14 people were affected and several houses were damaged.

Rescue teams managed to pull 7 people from the debris, all of whom were reported to be in stable condition. Search efforts for the remaining missing persons are ongoing.

Authorities have evacuated residents living near the landslide area as a precaution, while rescue teams continue to accelerate operations to locate all those impacted and ensure their safety.
