Crisis within the Israeli Authority

The Hebrew newspaper, Yedioth Ahronoth, quoted the outgoing Israeli Prime Minister, Yair Lapid, as saying that the Prime Minister-designate, Benjamin Netanyahu, “forms a government of madmen,” which “does not represent the election results.”

Lapid predicted that Netanyahu would form a government that would not be able to rule, explaining that this statement is difficult, claiming that there is no other way to describe the Israeli situation, describing Netanyahu as “weak” and that he is blackmailed by partners smaller than him and more insistent than him.

And there were global fears that talked about the current government coalition that Netanyahu was forced to form with corrupt and religious extremist parties and personalities.

Lapid said that “Israel will become a third world country, if a government led by extremists is completely formed,” pointing out that “the head of the “Jewish Power” party, the right-wing Israeli member of the Knesset, Itamar Ben Gvir, who was being pursued by the police, and The Shin Bet will be responsible for the police and the Shin Bet.
