Dozens of Palestinians injured by settler attack in the Bank

Local media revealed that dozens of Palestinians were injured during an attack by settlers under the protection of the Israeli army on the town of Qasra, south of Nablus in the West Bank.
The Palestinian Wafa Agency stated that a group of settlers under the protection of the Israeli army attacked farmers while they were working on their land in the town of Ras al-Nakhal, south of Nablus.
The unarmed residents of the town responded to the settlers’ attack, which led to the outbreak of confrontations with Israeli army soldiers and settlers, which resulted in dozens of Palestinian citizens being injured by rubber-coated metal bullets, and two others with stones, who were treated on the field.
In the same context, the Palestinian Agency quoted the Factional Coordination Committee as calling on the masses of Nablus Governorate and all the Palestinian people to confront settler attacks.
The committee appealed to “all Palestinian villages, towns, and population centers to support, support, and provide a helping hand and assistance to the villages and towns that are exposed to settlers’ rampage and attacks.”
Israeli army forces stormed the town of Aqaba, north of Tubas, near the city of Jenin in the West Bank. The Ministry of Health reported that the young man, Abdul Rahim Fayez Ghannam (36 years old), was killed after being shot in the head by live Israeli army bullets.
The killing of the Palestinian youth came when Israeli army forces stormed the town of Aqaba this morning, where they surrounded a house amidst live and rubber-coated metal bullets, as well as heavy stun grenades and toxic tear gas.
The firing of these bullets also led to the injury of 4 young men, two of whom were hit by live bullets. One of them, Abdul Rahim Ghanem, was killed, and the other two were injured by rubber-coated metal bullets.
The agency confirmed that “the Israeli occupation forces destroyed the house of the citizen Abd al-Razzaq Qasim Muhammad Abu Arra (51 years old), and arrested him and his son Bakr (30 years old), in addition to arresting the young man Muhammad Walid Ahmed Abu Arra (40 years old).”
