Erdogan confirms return of hundreds of thousands of Syrians to safe areas

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has confirmed the return of hundreds of thousands of Syrians to places converted into safe areas.
“The number of refugees returning to Syria will increase as Turkey’s diplomatic contacts with Russia and Syria come to fruition.”
According to the Turkish president, the number of Syrians returning from Turkey has reached 500 thousand so far.
