Palestinian sources reported that the number of fatalities in Gaza has risen to 50, with dozens more injured, following a series of Israeli air raids on multiple areas since early Sunday.

Among the casualties, 12 individuals—including a medical doctor—were reportedly killed in a strike that hit a public market near Al-Samer Junction in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in central Gaza City.

In southern Al-Nuseirat refugee camp, 10 civilians, including children, were killed when a residential building was targeted. Al-Awda Hospital in Al-Nuseirat received 10 bodies, including six children, along with 16 wounded individuals following a reported strike on a water distribution point in the camp’s northwest.

According to Gaza’s Civil Defense Directorate, at least 31 people were killed in airstrikes across various locations in the Strip on Sunday alone, including 20 in Al-Nuseirat.

Agence France-Presse (AFP) quoted a Palestinian source as saying the talks have reached an impasse due to Israel’s insistence on a proposal it submitted during the latest round of negotiations.
