German consulate under attack

Media reports said that the Iranian consulate in Hamburg, Germany, was attacked, Friday evening, with Molotov cocktails.
According to Iranian media, two unidentified persons threw Molotov cocktails at the consulate at eight in the evening local time.

 

 

While the German police confirmed that they were investigating the incident and examining the surveillance cameras, they took some measures, including stopping the subway, and detained two Romanian nationals, but quickly released them.

It is noteworthy that opponents of the Iranian regime had organized, yesterday, Friday, a demonstration in the city of Hamburg to commemorate the victims of the November 2019 protests, in which they announced their intention to organize a protest sit-in and an exhibition in the same city, today, Saturday.
