Gold Records Historic Price in Syria

Gold prices in Syria rose again to break their record and record the highest price in the country’s history.
In Damascus, the Sami Artisanal Society announced that the price of 21 carat gold had risen to 381 thousand Syrian pounds, while it had been stable some days earlier at 369 thousand pounds.
The 18 carat gold gram also recorded a new price at 324 thousand Syrian pounds.
The Association, which acknowledges the country’s gold prices, noted that the rise in gold was global and related to the rise in the price of an ounce.
