Guardiola Talking about coronation takes time, not now

Manchester City, the English Premier League champion, continues to put pressure on leaders Arsenal, but its Spanish coach, Pep Guardiola, said that his team still has a lot of effort and hard work ahead of it in its quest for a fourth consecutive crown.
Thanks to two goals from Yusko Gvardiol and Erling Haaland, one in each half, Guardiola’s second team on the list raised its score to 79 points from 34 matches, while Arsenal has 80 points from 35 matches.
In response to a question about City’s chances of winning the title this season, Guardiola told reporters: “It is too early (to ask this question). They asked me this question when we are at the top of the standings before the last match of the season.”
The Spanish coach continued: “But with 4 matches remaining, it seems that we still have to climb a high mountain. It is in our hands. If we draw a match, we will not win the Premier League title.”
While Arsenal’s chance to win the championship title faltered in the last few rounds of last season, it is maintaining its chance this season and won 3-2 over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
Regarding the London rival, Guardiola said: “We hope he loses, but we have no control over what he does. Yes, there are 4 matches remaining. I do not think he will lose any points, and we know exactly what we have to do.”
In its next league match, Manchester City will meet its guest, Wolverhampton, on Saturday.
