A sufficient amount of guava leaves is crushed, then the teeth are massaged with it. It is also possible to eat guava twice a day for a period of no less than three weeks, given that guava contains antioxidants and antimicrobials responsible for relieving inflammation.
. Natural oils:-
Put two teaspoons of coconut oil or sesame oil in the mouth and on the teeth, leave it for a third of an hour, then rinse it with lukewarm water, and it is recommended to repeat this recipe every morning and before brushing the teeth.

Dissolve a tablespoon of salt in a glass of warm water, then rinse the mouth with the solution twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, in order to reduce inflammation and swelling of the gums, knowing that salt contains anti-bacterial and antiseptic substances.

Three cloves of cloves are chewed every day, or the teeth and gums are massaged with clove oil, left for five minutes, then rinsed with lukewarm water, and it is recommended to repeat this recipe twice every day.
