High-Ranking American Military Personnel in Al-Hasakah, Northern Syria

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that an American cargo plane landed on Tuesday at the Kharab al-Jir base in the countryside of Rmelan, northern Al-Hasakah. The landing occurred under the protection of American warplanes and helicopters flying over the base.
