How to maintain a healthy heart and prevent strokes as follows:-
·Quit Smoking.
Maintaining a healthy weight.
Doing exercise.
Stay away from sources of anxiety and tension.
Do regular exercise.
Controlling the level of cholesterol in the blood.
Control of blood pressure and sugar readings.

Heart-healthy foods include:
1- Fish: Oily fish is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids. It is one of the types of healthy fats that contribute to supporting the strength of the heart and reducing the risk of disease.
2- Tomatoes: Tomatoes are a rich source of the antioxidant compound known as lycopene.
3- Legumes: Eating legumes contributes to lowering blood pressure, lowering cholesterol, and reducing inflammation that leads to some heart diseases.
4- Low-fat dairy products: such as milk, cheese, and yogurt.
5- Whole grains: such as; Wheat or whole grain oats, buckwheat.
6- Avocado: which is a rich source of monounsaturated fats that support heart health, and possesses compounds that have anti-inflammatory properties, oxidation factors, and lowers cholesterol. It is also a rich source of vitamins and minerals such as: vitamin E, vitamin C, and folic acid.
