Human trafficking and sexual assault, the liberation of a Moroccan kidnapped in Spain

The Spanish police managed to liberate a Moroccan woman from a livestock farm in the outskirts of the Spanish city of Valladolid, after detaining her for a month in inhumane conditions.

According to what was reported by local media about the police in the city, they received a notification from a relative of the victim residing in Morocco via e-mail stating that the victim had been detained, and that the investigations led to a raid on the site and her liberation, as she had been forced to work in very bad conditions, in addition to being sexually assaulted.

The victim was taken to receive medical attention and the accused was arrested and charged with illegal human trafficking, sexual assault and crime against labor rights.
