Iranian president casts vote in parliamentary elections

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi cast his vote in the country’s ongoing Shura Council elections, saying during the voting process that “the opinion of the people determines the fate of the country.”
Raisi added: “All political parties and currents came today to determine the future of the country.”
What distinguishes elections in Iran from other countries is that voters and elected people work on the basis of their job and the victor is the Iranian people.
