Lebanese security agencies have publicly confirmed that Israelis entered Lebanon on foreign passports, toured Beirut briefly, and departed the country the next day. The incident drew significant attention online and revived concerns related to border security and undercover movement of Israeli nationals.
Identities of the Israelis Who Entered Lebanon
According to official security reports, the Israelis who entered Lebanon were identified as:
Avraham Dov Goldstein (Avigold) — Israeli content creator, born in 1991, traveling on a Canadian passport valid until 2035.
Berel Indig — born in 1994, holding a U.S. passport valid until 2031.
Authorities confirmed the two Israelis entered Lebanon through the Masnaa border crossing with Syria on September 17, 2025, stayed in a Beirut hotel, then departed via Rafic Hariri International Airport on September 18, 2025.
Viral Video Shows Israelis Entered Lebanon and Filmed in Beirut
The situation intensified after Goldstein, known as “Avigold”, posted a video showing that Israelis entered Lebanon and documented themselves at a luxury yacht marina in central Beirut.
Speaking in Hebrew, he said:
“I’m now at the Beirut Marina in Lebanon — look how beautiful this is.”
He added that Lebanon is physically close to Israel yet among the least accessible destinations for Israelis.
The video sparked confusion and debate among Lebanese viewers who questioned how Israelis entered Lebanon despite the absence of diplomatic relations and the legal ban on Israeli nationals.
Previous Travel Raises Questions
Goldstein has previously posted videos from Damascus, appearing in civilian neighborhoods and speaking Hebrew while commenting on the situation in the Syrian capital.
These appearances have prompted speculation that the Israelis who entered Lebanon may have coordinated their movements with third parties or were traveling under logistical support.

The event is one of the first documented incidents in years in which Israelis entered Lebanon using alternate citizenship and non-Israeli passports to bypass legal restrictions.
