Most crowned titles in football history decides his decision

Veteran Brazilian international defender Dani Alves, the most decorated player in football history, revealed that he will not sign with any club until the end of the year, after announcing his departure from Sao Paulo.
Alves, the 38-year-old former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain star, also put an end to the rumors that nominated him to join various Brazilian clubs, including Fluminense, Flamengo and Atletico Paranaense.
Alves hinted that he does not intend to retire through the words that he was keen to add to his letter: “It is not over yet and I will return.”
The transfer period in Brazil ended on Friday, while the European transfer period closed at the end of last month.
Alves, who won the 43rd title in his professional career when he led his country to retain the Olympic title in Tokyo this summer, left Sao Paulo after a dispute over wages between the two parties.
The Brazilian press reported that Sao Paulo owes Alves 11 million Brazilian riyals (about 1.8 million euros).
