Putin announces “new founding document” for relations with North Korea

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the processing of a “new constituent document” for relations between Moscow and Pyongyang.
During his historic visit to North Korea and his meeting with Korean leader Kim Jong Un amid great welcome from the Korean people, Putin stressed that Russia has been fighting the hegemony and imperialism policy of the United States and its allies for decades.
Putin valued what he called North Korea’s support for Russia’s policy.
For his part, Korean leader Kim Jong Un assured Putin of Russia’s role in maintaining strategic stability in the world and expressed his full support for the Russian military operation in Ukraine.
