U.S. media reports indicate that President Donald Trump has given initial approval to a proposed
peace plan between Russia and Ukraine, part of a broader effort aimed at ending the war that has
dragged on for more than three years.
According to the sources, the Russia–Ukraine peace plan
would provide both sides with security guarantees intended to stabilize a cease-fire, alongside political and military provisions that remain under negotiation.
