Salma and Maha Al-Masry are searching for a missing person

Artist sisters Salma and Maha Al-Masry asked for help in finding their sister’s son and his family who were missing in Libya, following the hurricane that recently struck.
The younger sister, Maha, wrote on her official Facebook account: “My sister’s son, his wife, and his children are missing in Libya. They are residents of an old city near a dark market and a church. If anyone knows anything about them, send us a message.” She added: “His name is Fathallah Moncef bin Taher. Oh God, they will return safe and sound.”
In turn, older sister Salma shared the post asking for help.
The number of victims of Hurricane Daniel reached 11,000 people, according to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
The Libyan authorities fear that the human losses will be huge in the city of Derna, which had a population of one hundred thousand people before the disaster.
Tamer Ramadan, an official at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, said last Tuesday that ten thousand people are still missing.
