Sending peacekeepers to Kazakhstan

The Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization announced the dispatch of peacekeeping forces to Kazakhstan to ensure its stability in the face of chaos in its cities against the backdrop of protests.
The decision, announced by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, came after Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev requested urgent assistance from the OIC countries to stand up to terrorist groups attacking his country.
The Collective Security Treaty Organization is a political-military alliance that includes the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia.
The organization considers that an attack on any member of it is an attack on the organization as a whole.
