Syria complains to Israel before international courts

The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called for Israel and its government to be held accountable before international courts to stop the genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry said in its statement: “Israel and its government are continuing to commit the most horrific massacres through their blind attack on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, which claimed the lives of 274 martyrs and 698 wounded yesterday in the Nuseirat camp.”
She added: “The Israeli army committed a horrific massacre in all its dimensions against innocent civilians in the Gaza Strip. Information also confirmed the participation of the United States of America in this criminal operation, which confirms its complicity in the war crimes committed in the Gaza Strip.”
She also stressed that “Syria, which has always stood in the Palestinian trench, reaffirms the necessity of holding the perpetrators of these crimes accountable and holding Israel and its government accountable before international courts with the aim of stopping this massacre and genocide to which the Palestinian people are being subjected.”
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Sunday that at least 274 Palestinians were killed in the Israeli air and ground raid that rescued four hostages held by Hamas.
