Tel Aviv Open to Receiving Hostages and Resuming War Immediately After – Controversial Statements by Israeli Prime Minister

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu affirmed that military operations in the Gaza Strip will persist with full force in the coming days, with the stated goal of completely eliminating Hamas. He emphasized that Israel is determined to achieve what he described as a “decisive victory” in the Gaza Strip.

Netanyahu noted that Israeli forces remain in a high state of readiness. He stated that if Hamas agrees to release ten hostages, Israel will receive them—but military operations will promptly resume thereafter.

The Prime Minister reiterated that the war will not come to a halt, though he left room for the possibility of a temporary ceasefire. However, he stressed that operations will continue until all objectives are fully achieved.

Addressing the issue of the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza, Netanyahu said the main obstacle lies in the lack of countries willing to accept them. He claimed that, based on available intelligence, approximately 50% of Gaza’s population could potentially leave the territory.
