The citizens of North Korea are crying over their leader, and the reason is?

Recently taken pictures of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un showed a decrease in his usual weight, which was shown on state television for the first time.
North Korean television said the country’s citizens are worried about their leader’s recent weight loss.
And Korean TV broadcast a statement to a citizen who said that “seeing Kim’s noticeably loss of body weight breaks people’s hearts,” and the Korean citizen claimed that “citizens say they cried after seeing those footage.”
