The Cuban president violates protocol

Manuel Marrero Cruz violates official protocol with the Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan.
The video showed Cruz asking the Saudi Foreign Minister to sit next to the Cuban flag and not the Saudi flag, as an expression of his respect and appreciation for the Kingdom.
Also in the video, the Cuban Prime Minister says to the Saudi Foreign Minister, justifying his request: “I want you to sit next to the Cuban flag so that you feel at home.”
In faraway Cuba, located in the Caribbean, the Prime Minister insists on changing places with his guest, His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs, so he sits him under the Cuban flag, and he sits under the flag of Greater Saudi Arabia, to send a message to the world saying: Saudi Arabia’s influence, strength, and will have reached all corners of the globe, and everyone seeks to win it over to his side.
