The European Union fails to agree on new aid to Ukraine

The Czech Minister of Finance said that the economic and finance ministers of the European Union failed to reach an agreement on a new package of financial aid to Ukraine, noting that, unfortunately, we could not accept the entire package.

The Czech minister stressed that the EU “will look for solutions to the current situation” and that EU ministers aim to start transferring aid to Ukraine in early January 2023.
