The Israeli army announced the destruction of an underground tunnel used by Hezbollah in southern Lebanon as part of a military operation aimed at eliminating security threats in the area.

According to the statement issued by the Israeli army, a 100-meter-long tunnel belonging to Hezbollah’s Radwan Unit was destroyed. Inside the tunnel, a variety of weapons and combat equipment were found, including rifles, machine guns, anti-tank missiles, and surveillance devices.
The statement noted that the tunnel led to a Hezbollah site in the area, where a warehouse of anti-tank missiles was found nearby, along with a heavy machine gun positioned towards Israeli army sites.
