The reality of the American proposal to cede Ukrainian lands to Russia in return for stopping the war

The official spokesman for the Russian presidency, the Kremlin, commented on the news circulating about a US proposal to cede 20% of the Ukrainian lands to Russia, during a visit by CIA Director William Burns to Moscow.

 Russian spokesman Dmitry Peskov denied that news, describing it as misleading and incorrect, denying that the CIA director had visited Moscow as well.

 The deputy representative of the National Security Council at the White House, Sean Davitt, also denied the reports of published information in this regard.

 Russia’s first deputy representative to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansky, also declined to comment on the reports, saying he refuses to “comment on rumors” from the media.
