The stairs or the elevator?

The use of ordinary stairs instead of the elevator has many health benefits for the body of its users.
This information was confirmed by the Russian fitness trainer, Yevgeny Shuvakin, who said, “The state of health of the body changes if we replace the elevator with a regular staircase.”
He stressed that climbing the stairs every day works to strengthen the muscles of the thighs, abdomen, legs and buttocks.
“This will strengthen the heart and blood vessels and help the respiratory system,” he added.
According to the specialist, “the effect will be noticeable if you begin to climb to the upper floors systematically and regularly.”
