Thousands of aftershocks have been witnessed in Syria since last month’s earthquake

The National Center for Earthquakes in Syria issued an official statistic of all major and aftershocks that hit the country from the earthquake that targeted southern Turkey and northern Syria at dawn on February 6.

According to the statistics, the total number of tremors recorded amounted to 3867, including 1943 with a magnitude of 2-3 degrees, 1502 between 3-4 degrees, 378 between 4-5 degrees, 33 tremors with degrees ranging between 5-6, and 4 tremors greater than 6 degrees, two earthquakes. The Iraqi Parliament approved the Third Amendment Law for parliamentary elections and provincial councils.
