Two oil ships arrive in Syria

Two Iranian oil tankers have arrived at the Syrian port of Baniyas, but they are carrying crude oil for Syria, not fuel for Lebanon.
Tanker Trackers service said that the tankers DARAN and GOLROO arrived in Baniyas in Syria today as expected. They transport crude oil to Syria, not fuel to Lebanon.
Tanker Tracks had reported, earlier, that these two tankers, flying the Iranian flag, had recently crossed the Suez Canal and were heading to Syria, not Lebanon.
Syria and Lebanon suffer from a stifling fuel crisis due to the sanctions imposed on them.
