Urgent | Statement by the Yemeni Armed Forces on Targeting Ben Gurion Airport and U.S. Targets in the Red Sea
The Yemeni Armed Forces have just issued a statement regarding the targeting of Ben Gurion Airport and U.S. targets in the Red Sea.
The statement includes the following points:
We targeted “Ben Gurion” Airport in the Jaffa area with a hypersonic ballistic missile of the “Palestine 2” type.
The operation in Jaffa successfully achieved its objective, causing air traffic at the airport to halt for more than half an hour.
We engaged with the U.S. aircraft carrier “Truman” and several warships in the Red Sea.
The engagement with “Truman” and the U.S. warships involved multiple missiles and drones and lasted for several hours.
The Yemeni Armed Forces continue to confront U.S. strikes with determination, responding to escalation with escalation.
The Armed Forces persist in supporting the Palestinian people and blocking Israeli navigation in the operational area until the war ceases and the blockade on Gaza is lifted.
