White House: We’re close to a Gaza deal

The White House announced that the situation in Gaza was nearing an agreement to release Israeli prisoners.
The White House said: “We believe we are approaching an agreement for the release of hostages from Gaza.”
The White House added: “The implementation of any hostage agreement in Gaza is contingent on everyone fulfilling their obligations.”
The war reached its forty-fifth day amid attempts at Israeli incursion into Gaza and violent resistance by Palestinian factions, especially in the northern part of the Strip.
