Who will represent Afghanistan in the United Nations?

Today, the work of the United Nations General Assembly has begun, and a number of world leaders have delivered their countries’ speeches on the podium of the General Assembly, but so far the world has not known who will represent Afghanistan and deliver her speech after the Taliban movement took over the reins of power in it.
In this regard, Reuters confirmed that the Afghan Foreign Minister, Amir Khan Muttaki, is requesting to deliver his country’s address to the General Assembly.
She added that the government named Suhail Shaheen as its ambassador to the United Nations.
