The Lebanese Governorate of Sidon, in cooperation with UNRWA, began building a new camp for Palestinian refugees from Ain al-Hilweh camp as a result of the ongoing clashes there between the Fatah movement and Jund al-Sham militants.
The area witnessed a displacement of residents, accompanied by an increase in the level of clashes in the neighborhood.
The camp consists of 35 tents equipped with sanitation and drinking water services.
