Trump Orders Pentagon to Publish Files on Extraterrestrial Life and Complex Phenomena

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that he has directed the Department of Defense (Pentagon) and relevant government agencies to begin identifying and releasing files related to unidentified flying objects (UFOs), unexplained aerial phenomena, and life beyond Earth.

The announcement was made via a post on his social media platform, Truth Social, where Trump instructed Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other agencies to collect and publish the relevant records.

In the post, Trump stated: “Based on the tremendous public interest, I am directing the Secretary of Defense and other relevant departments and agencies to begin identifying and releasing government files related to extraterrestrial life, unexplained aerial phenomena, unidentified flying objects, and all other information associated with these highly complex issues.”

This announcement follows recent remarks by former President Barack Obama in a podcast, in which he acknowledged statistically the possibility of extraterrestrial life due to the vastness of the universe, but denied evidence of human contact. Trump responded to Obama’s comments, stating that he “made a significant error” by disclosing classified information and promised to address the matter.
