The campaign was created on GoFundMe to help relieve the financial burden placed on the family due to medical expenses from the actor’s battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Kimberly and their six children: Olivia, Annabel, Emilia, Gwendolyn, Joshua, and Jeremiah.
