“I Am Lebanese Arab” — Beirut Brings Together Leaders and Influencers to Highlight the Image of Arab Women

The “I Am Lebanese Arab” Conference, organized by the Women Leaders Association (WLA), concluded at the Seaside Pavilion in Beirut after three days of dialogue, creativity, and cultural exchange under the theme “Lebanon: An Arab Hub for Creativity and Inspiration.” The event attracted broad local and international media coverage, including Profile News.
The conference aimed to spotlight the role of Arab women in media, economics, and culture, and how to reshape their global image as symbols of strength, diversity, and innovation. It brought together a distinguished lineup of women leaders, policymakers, artists, and media professionals from Lebanon and across the Arab world.

“It was three days of joy with heroic Arab women who prove, day after day, that their presence is the hope and the future,” Sarhan said in her speech.
The evening concluded with a moving artistic performance by Maestro Omar Salim, who reinterpreted the melodies of the “Golden Age” with a modern touch blending authenticity and innovation — a finale that united knowledge, art, and beauty.
